Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Zentrale suchen wir zu sofort oder nach Absprache Kaufleute für Büromanagement (m/w/d ) in unbefristeter Anstellung in Vollzeit  für unseren Standort in Bösel.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Empfang von Besuchern
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung
  • Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs
  • Annahme der eingehenden Anrufe in der Zentrale
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement o.Ä.
  • Quereinstieg mit entsprechender Erfahrung möglich
  • Zielorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Teamgeist
  • Ein freundliches Wesen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
