Business Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for initiatives on the Core banking platform, producing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

· Configure and validate Profile parameters across deposit and lending products, working with technical teams on Profile's account, transaction, and product setup structures.

· Analyze and document business processes for Core Banking, Deposits, including interest calculation, accruals, maturity, payment sweep and statement cycles.

· Define functional requirements for Loans, covering origination, servicing, participant accounting, TDR (Troubled Debt Restructuring), SOLD loan functionality and repayment schedules.

· Facilitate workshops, lead UAT, triage defects, and serve as the functional liaison between business, development, and QA throughout the delivery lifecycle.

· Serve as the primary liaison for Thai business stakeholders, facilitating requirements workshops and producing clear, complete, and accurate functional requirements in Thai and English.

· Ensure all Thai business requirements, policies, and operational processes are effectively translated and communicated to the project delivery team.

Additional Required Qualification

• •Native or fluent Thai speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• •Demonstrated ability to accurately translate and interpret complex banking business requirements, regulatory guidelines, and stakeholder discussions between Thai and English.
• •Strong working knowledge of Thai banking regulations and regulatory requirements issued by the Bank of Thailand (BOT), including experience analyzing regulatory impacts and translating compliance obligations into business and system requirements.
• •Experience working directly with Thai banks and regulatory stakeholders, with the ability to bridge local business expectations and global delivery teams.
