Business Consultant - Overnight shift, Customer Onboarding

Scope:

• •Support customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, coordinating onboarding activities from initiation through completion.
• •This role works directly with customers and global cross-functional teams to manage onboarding plans, integration coordination, communications, risks, and overall delivery.

What you’ll do:

• •Work within the IST time zone and willing to work overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours to support
• •Serve as the primary onboarding contact for customers and trading partners throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• •Lead customer-facing meetings, presentations, and onboarding reviews.
• •Develop and maintain onboarding project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• •Communicate onboarding status, risks, issues, and key updates to customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and integration activities are completed on schedule.
• •Build strong customer relationships and drive engagement to achieve onboarding objectives.
• •Prepare and deliver onboarding documentation, status reports, presentations, and customer communications
• •Provide support through email, phone, and virtual meetings during business hours.
• •Escalate risks, issues, and project concerns through established processes to ensure timely resolution.
• •Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to support successful project delivery.
• •Contribute to the ongoing improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and customer-facing resources.

What we are looking for:

• •3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Transportation Management, with direct engagement with suppliers/carriers a must.
• •At least 2 years of project or implementation experience, preferably in 3PL, 4PL, or SaaS cloud software.
• •High level understanding of SAP IDocs (EDI/API) integration is a must.
• •Understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and terminology.
• •Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in additional required languages).
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and partner teams.
• •Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow through
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and open to learning new software.
• •Experience with Jira ticket tracking
