Sr Business Consultant - Overnight Shift, German or Portuguese, Customer Onboarding

Scope:

• •Support customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, coordinating onboarding activities from initiation through completion.
• •This role works directly with customers and global cross-functional teams to manage onboarding plans, integration coordination, communications, risks, and overall delivery.

What you’ll do:

• •Work within the IST time zone and willing to work overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours to support
• •Independently deliver complex onboarding projects against milestones and timelines.
• •Drive customers, suppliers/carriers, and cross-functional teams toward delivery.
• •Anticipate and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• •Lead customer communication and provide clear project direction.

• •Improve onboarding processes and share expertise across the team
• •Provide support through email, phone, and virtual meetings during business hours.
• •Escalate risks, issues, and project concerns through established processes to ensure timely resolution.
• •Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to support successful project delivery.
• •Contribute to the ongoing improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and customer-facing resources.

What we are looking for:

• •5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Transportation Management, with direct engagement with suppliers/carriers a must.
• •At least 5 years of project or implementation experience, preferably in 3PL, 4PL, or SaaS cloud software.
• •High level understanding of SAP IDocs (EDI/API) integration is a must.
• •Understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and terminology.
• •Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in additional required languages).
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and partner teams.
• •Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow through
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and open to learning new software.
• •Experience with Jira ticket tracking
