  • Erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Inbound Anrufe
  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Schuldnern zur Klärung offener Forderungen
  • Weiterleitung an entsprechende Abteilungen
  • Dokumentation und Pflege der Kundenakte in der Datenbank
  • Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Systematisches Nachfassen der Kontakte

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Kundenbetreuung oder Callcenter oder einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Wissen rund um das Thema Inkasso ist kein Muss, aber ein Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen CRM-Systemen
  • Zielstrebig, lösungsorientiert und gewissenhaft
