Als Call Center Agent Inbound (m/w/d) nehmen Sie die Anrufe der Karteninhaber:innen an und helfen ihnen professionell weiter.

Arbeitsort ist Saarbrücken oder wahlweise Homburg/Saar .

WAS SIE ERWARTET:

  • 2530 € brutto pro Monat als Grundgehalt + 50 € steuerfreier Sachbezug pro Monat

IHRE AUFGABEN SIND:

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung der Anrufe der Kreditkarteninhaber
  • Mailbearbeitung und Stammdatenpflege
  • Beratung zu unseren Onlinediensten, Kartenkonditionen und Bonusprogrammen
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen zu Kreditabrechnungen, verbundenen Dienstleistungen und der Produktpalette
  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden mit Reklamationen aller Art
  • Korrespondenz mit Kreditkarteninhabern, Banken und Händlern

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude an der telefonischen Beratung
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1-Niveau)
  • Dialektfreie Ausdrucksweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen EDV-Systemen
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert - aber kein Muss
