Dieses Profil bringst Du mit als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) :

  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Freude an IT-Themen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Service oder Support von Vorteil – Quereinsteiger willkommen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Deine Aufgaben als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) :

  • Du bist für die Annahme und Erfassung von Inbound Calls zuständig
  • -
  • Du unterstützt bei Sonderaktionen und bei der Kunden-Kommunikation
  • Freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Dokumentation der Anfragen im Ticketsystem
