  • Gesprächsannahme & Aufnahme der Daten
  • Fragen beantworten im Bereich der Kundenpflege & Weiterleitung zur Bearbeitung
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenservice

# Deine Voraussetzungen:

  • erste Erfahrungen in der Inboundtelefonie bzw. als Call Center Agent (m/w/d)
  • mit Wohnsitz im Chemnitz
  • guten MS Office Kenntnissen
  • gute Auffassungsgabe und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • freundlich, telefonaffin, lösungsorientiert und flexibel
