Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme zu Bestandskunden
  • Beratung zu neuen Tarifen und gezieltes Up-Selling von
  • Zusatzoptionen
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten im System
  • Teilnahme an einer umfassenden 4- bis 5-tägigen Einarbeitung und
  • Produktschulung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine sichere
  • Kundenkommunikation
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie eine hohe Motivation im
  • Vertrieb
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Home Office mit mindestens 20 Stunden
  • pro Woche
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Call Center oder Vertrieb von
  • Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
