Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Fintech Unternehmen, das mehrfach ausgezeichnet wurde. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter/-innen für die telefonische Terminvereinbarung, sowie die Routenplanung des Außendienstes.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Terminvereinbarung für den Außendienst
  • Routenplanung
  • Recherche

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit am Telefon
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der telefonischen Kundenberatung von Vorteil – aber kein Muss
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Anwendungen

Das bieten wir dir:

  • Umfassende Einarbeitung durch erfahrene Trainer/-innen
  • perfekte Arbeitszeiten montags bis donnerstags von 09:00 – 17:00 Uhr, freitags von 09:00 - 14:00 Uhr
  • keine Wochenendarbeit
  • Attraktive Vergütung : Grundlohn + Zulagen + Provisionen
  • + Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • + Erfahrungszuschläge nach 6- und 9 Monaten (1,5% + 3,5%)
