Als Call-Center-Agent (m/w/d)/Kundenberater im B2B-Bereich bei der PHS group bist du die Stimme unseres Unternehmens.

Du gewinnst Kommunen, Städte, Sportvereine und soziale Einrichtungen als Partner für die PHS group und schaffst die Grundlage für langfristige Kooperationen und den Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen.

  • Du führst dabei den Terminkalender des Auftraggebers in eigener Verantwortung.
  • Das bringst du mit:

Du kannst dich am Telefon in regionalen Dialekten oder auf Hochdeutsch sehr gut ausdrücken.

Du bist pfiffig, kommunikativ und hast einfach Spaß am Telefonieren.

Du kannst mit deinem Willen und deinem Charme die Menschen für dich gewinnen.

Du arbeitest fokussiert, zuverlässig und bist ein Teamplayer.

Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung.
