  • Du begeisterst gerne Menschen und hast Freude am telefonischen Austausch? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere potenziellen Kund:innen baust du echte Beziehungen auf und sorgst für einen professionellen, sympathischen ersten Eindruck.
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Terminvereinbarung sowie aktive Gewinnung neuer Kund:innen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Professionelle Kommunikation im Rahmen von Informationsanfragen und Marktbeobachtungen
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen sowie serviceorientierte Beratung
  • Selbstständige Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung deiner Aktivitäten
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder der telefonischen Kommunikation – ideal, aber kein Muss
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Gespräch mit Menschen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstbewusste Kommunikation, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
