Wir suchen Mitarbeiter für ein Inbound Projekt.

Gearbeitet wird zu 100 % im Homeoffice , einschließlich der Schulung.

Wohnort: Berlin und nähere Umgebung oder Oldenburg ist eine Bedingung!

unser Angebot:

  • Arbeitsvertrag in VZ (32 - 40 h)
  • Technik wird zur Verfügung gestellt, deswegen ist die Region Berlin oder Oldenburg ein Muss!
  • Bezahlung: 15,33 €/h
  • Zulagen und Bonusprogramme
  • sehr gute Teambetreuung über Telefon, Internet

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenanfragen
  • Hilfestellungen bei Bestellproblemen
  • Kundenberatung zu Produkten des Online-Fotoservice, Fotobücher, Kalender

Sie bringen mit:

  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C2 Niveau)
  • Berufserfahrungen als Call Center Agent/in
  • gut funktionierendes WLAN
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr (Früh und Spät im Wechsel)
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Wochenende
  • Projektstart: ab 19.10.2026 und 09.11.2026, Laufzeit bis Ende Januar 2026, Folgeprojekt vorhanden
