Innendienst - Vollzeit

Ihre Challenge:

  • Erste Ansprechperson bei telefonischen Kundenanliegen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Betrieb
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen
  • Laufende Pflege unserer Kundenstammdaten
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben innerhalb des Kundenservice-Teams

Ihr spannendes Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH, LEHRE)
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Word und Excel)
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Lernbereitschaft & Genauigkeit
  • Viel Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Administratives und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
