  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Telefonische Fachberatung unserer Kund:innen aus der Gastronomie und Hotellerie für unser umfangreiches Sortiment
  • Aktiver Verkauf am Telefon, Erfassung und Weiterleitung der Bestellungen
  • Setzen von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Außendienst
  • Verantwortung für die Reklamationsabwicklung, die Kundenstammpflege und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • IHR PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, idealerweise als Koch/Köchin oder im Bereich Food & Beverage
  • Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf von Vorteil
  • Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Eigenständige, lösungs- und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen für Schulungen
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse und Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil

Das kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestbrutto-Gehalt für diese Position beträgt €2.300,- (auf Vollzeitbasis). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt sehr stark von Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen ab und kann demnach auch deutlich darüber liegen. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen diverse Benefits
