Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to support functional analysis, business requirements and platform enhancements within a Capital Markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
• •Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• •Analyse Calypso functionalities, workflows and configuration requirements.
• •Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design.
• •Coordinate with technical teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• •Support functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
• •Contribute to Calypso enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills

• •8+ years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst.
• •Strong functional knowledge of Nasdaq Calypso.
• •Understanding of Capital Markets products, including FX, Securities, Money Markets and Derivatives.
• •Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications and testing.
• •Good SQL knowledge.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• •Experience with Calypso upgrades or migrations.
• •Unix/Linux knowledge.
• •Agile delivery experience.
