YOUR ROLE

• •Analysis use cases and of business requirements, and translation into technical solutions in relation with Data / AI initiatives.
• •Facilitation of Data / AI workshops with business stakeholders.
• •Definition of the functional scope and drafting of specifications.
• •Design and validation of test plans.
• •Support to business users during UAT.
• •Post-deployment support to ensure solution stability.
• •Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams with clear documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.

Proven experience in analysing business requirements and translating business needs into clear, structured functional and technical solutions.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data and systems.

Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate workshops, particularly around Data and AI use cases, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and adaptability to change.

Fluency in both French and English.
