About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Capital Markets Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with our capital markets leadership and interact with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Development and Strategy. The ideal candidate is an autonomous self-starter with a strong foundation in finance, a professional-growth mindset, and an eagerness to learn how capital fuels the deployment of massive GPU clusters.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in debt capital raising (equipment financing, venture debt, project financing), financial risk management, and strategic finance within the booming AI infrastructure sector.

What You’ll Do

Debt Capital Raising Support

Assist in preparing project information materials and pitch decks for banks, private credit funds, and institutional investors.

Help maintain, update, and audit financial models to ensure accuracy and flexibility.

Support the due diligence process for capital-raising initiatives by organizing data and fulfilling information requests.

Help maintain active deal trackers with tasks, responsibilities, and due dates to keep projects organized.

Research and monitor competitors’ financing structures within the AI and cloud infrastructure space, helping to build an internal market database.

Financial Risk Management & Analysis

Gather data to support scenario analyses on the impact of interest rate volatility and cost of capital.

Assist in researching various interest rate hedging mechanisms and compiling cost-benefit data for the team.

Strategic Finance & Reporting

Assist in drafting presentations, financial summaries, and analysis for the Executive Team and other key stakeholders.

Help update and maintain management and investor KPI dashboard reporting.

Conduct market research comparing TensorWave’s capital structure and financing vehicles to peer companies.

Additional project-based duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical mind, solid quantitative/qualitative analysis capabilities, and a foundational understanding of financial modeling. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and manage multiple tasks.

Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately.

Professional presence with effective, crisp written and verbal communication skills.

Previous internship experience in finance, investment banking, accounting, or corporate finance is a plus, but not required. Eagerness to learn is paramount.
