At QBX Supply Chain Solutions , we're building the newest brokerage business backed by Loblaw Companies Limited —one of North America's largest retailers and Canada's largest grocery company.
Our mission is to deliver innovative transportation solutions that connect shippers and carriers across North America. As we build our Brokerage business, we're looking for ambitious, relationship-driven individuals who want to help shape something from the ground up while benefiting from the stability, scale, and resources of a well-established organization.
As a Carrier Sales Representative , you'll play a key role in connecting customer freight with carrier capacity across North America. Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, you'll build relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, solve transportation challenges, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite, 100% in office role.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners across North America.
- Source carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates to support customer shipments.
- Coordinate the movement of freight from pickup through delivery while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Monitor shipment execution and proactively resolve service issues or operational challenges.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve exceptions.
- Partner with Customer Sales and Operations to ensure customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Maintain accurate carrier, shipment, and pricing information within transportation systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve carrier relationships, operational efficiency, and service performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- A competitive mindset with a desire to learn, take initiative, and build a career in transportation and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is considered an asset.
