  • Impact pur – Du hilfst mit deinem Einsatz, Kindern & Jugendlichen echte Bildungschancen zu eröffnen.
  • Lokale Sichtbarkeit – Du erhöhst die Bekanntheit deines Studios durch lokale Marketingmaßnahmen, gezielte Aktionen und persönlichen Einsatz in der Umgebung.
  • Operative Exzellenz – Du koordinierst dein Team aus Lehrkräften, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Kundennähe leben – Du stärkst die Kundenbindung, schaffst echte Wow-Momente im direkten Kontakt und bist verlässliche\*r Ansprechpartner\*in vor Ort.
  • Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit Begeisterung – Du liebst es, Menschen zu überzeugen und Ziele aktiv zu verfolgen.
  • Empathie & Kommunikationstalent – Du baust schnell Vertrauen auf und findest individuelle Lösungen.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset – Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Potenziale und willst etwas bewegen.
  • Organisationstalent – Du behältst den Überblick und sorgst für professionelle Abläufe im Studio.
  • Digital fit – Du bewegst dich sicher in digitalen Tools, CRM-Systemen und Office-Anwendungen.
