Für unser Restaurant im Hotel Kloster Holzen suchen wir eine engagierte und herzliche Persönlichkeit als Chef de Rang (m/w/d) . Mit deiner Professionalität und deinem Gespür für ausgezeichneten Service sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Betreuung einer Servicestation
  • Kompetente Beratung unserer Gäste bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken
  • Aufnahme und Koordination von Bestellungen
  • Fachgerechtes Servieren der Speisen und Getränke
  • Vorbereitung und Kontrolle des Gastraums
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Event und dem übrigen Serviceteam
  • Abrechnung und ordnungsgemäße Übergabe der Station

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im gehobenen Service ist von Vorteil
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und souveränes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
