What You’ll Do as a Clinic Director:
As the CEO of your designated clinic, you will be responsible for its overall management, patient experience, and clinical excellence. Your leadership will drive success through:

Operating within a model with lower-than-industry-average patient volume expectations.
Leading professional development and mentoring team members.
Driving operational and financial excellence at the clinic level.
Supporting your team while advancing your own skills with $15K of in-house professional development.

What You'll Need:
Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
2-4+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
