• As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers who rely on mission-critical clinical technology and integrations.
• You will manage implementations, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across a broad range of healthcare workflows.
• The role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, operational coordination, and process improvement.
• You will work closely with healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Because these integrations can directly affect patient care, you will bring urgency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail to every interaction.
• You will also help document processes, identify recurring issues, and turn customer insights into meaningful product and experience improvements.
• This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced SaaS professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and solving complex problems in healthcare technology.
