Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als Maschinenbediener arbeiten Sie an modernen CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen, an denen Sie unter anderem Präzisionsdrehteile für die Bereiche Bahntechnik, erneuerbare Energien und Getriebebau herstellen
  • Weiterhin vermessen und dokumentieren Sie die herzustellenden Teile anhand von Handmessmitteln sowie 2 und 3-D-Koordinatenmesstechnik
  • Sie sind Maschineneinrichter oder möchten sich dorthin entwickeln? Dann erweitert sich Ihr Aufgabengebiet um das Einrichten unserer CNC-Drehmaschinen, dem Erstellen von Programmen sowie dem Optimieren der Zerspanungsparameter

Unsere Anforderungen: 

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss aus der Metallbranche
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung im CNC-Bereich als CNC-Dreher bzw. als CNC- Fräser sowie Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung mit
  • Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten und zeichnen sich durch eine sichere Arbeitsweise bei Teilen mit hoher Präzision aus
