What a College Intern - Procurement Operations does at HP:

• •Support procurement request processing, tracking, and record keeping, including Purchasing Info Record requests and Request for Quotation tracking.
• •Update procurement information and records in SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
• •Support master data review and cleansing activities.
• •Assist with updating procurement SOPs and work instructions.
• •Support basic reporting, documentation, and other procurement or supply chain activities as required.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• •Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• •Ability to follow work instructions and structured processes.
• •Attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• •Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
