What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their comfort needs, concerns, and goals

Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort

Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions

Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions

Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process

Confidently present recommendations and ask for the sale

Follow up with customers as needed to move opportunities toward completion

Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM

Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals

Work closely with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity

Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale

Experience conducting in-home customer appointments

Strong communication and presentation skills

Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment

Preferred – A Plus, But Not Required:

Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor or residential HVAC sales experience

Knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems

Experience presenting financing options and monthly payment solutions

Experience with both lead-generated and self-generated sales

Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software

Experience selling maintenance memberships or service agreements

Previous experience in roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement sales

HVAC technician experience with an interest in transitioning into sales

Listens carefully and recommends solutions based on the customer's needs

Communicates confidently without being pushy

Follows the sales process and uses technology and CRM tools effectively

Maintains strong follow-through from the initial appointment through the sale

Takes ownership of the customer experience and works well with the entire team

Is motivated by performance and excited about the opportunity for uncapped earning potential
