Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is seeking a full- time Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in the Phoenix Metro area.

What You Will Do

• •Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for HVAC replacement opportunities
• •Assess homeowners’ needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions for their home
• •Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners
• •Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions
• •Present proposals and confidently close sales
• •Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward
• •Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM
• •Work closely with the installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• •Generate customer referrals and build long-term relationships
• •Stay knowledgeable on HVAC equipment, products, and industry trends

Who You Are

• •Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• •Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• •Have excellent verbal communication skills
• •Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
• •Be able to work with minimal supervision
• •Be willing to generate customer referrals
• •Have a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements
• •Have strong customer relationship management skills
• •In-home sales experience would be a plus
• •Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred
• •Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred
• •Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job
