  • Aufgaben:
  • Steuern von Defence-Digital-Projekten über die gesamte Projektdauer
  • Definieren und Etablieren von Projektkostenstrukturen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement
  • Planen, Steuern und Überwachen von Umsatz, Kosten und Cash Flow in SAP
  • Erarbeiten von Berichten zu Umsatz, Kosten und Kennzahlen sowie Analysieren von Soll-Ist-Abweichungen
  • Begleiten von Projektteams durch Bereitstellen relevanter Kennzahlen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Durchführen der vertragsgerechten Rechnungsstellung sowie Steuern des Zahlungseingangs
  • Erstellen von Angebotskalkulationen, Unterstützen der Angebotserstellung sowie Entwickeln von Business Cases
  • Profil:
  • Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • über 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement sowie im Finanzwesen und Controlling
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Programmcontrolling sowie idealerweise in kommerziellen Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Auftragswesen, deutschen Preisrecht sowie in MS Excel, MS Office, SAP und idealerweise Jira
  • hohe Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
