What You'll Do as a Commercial Sales Representative:

• •Evaluating customer needs and selling company products and services
• •Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial tire and fleet management customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales initiatives
• •Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while protecting the Company's financial interests
• •Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations
• •Collaborate with Operations, Store Managers, and Service teams to ensure successful implementation of new business
• •Achieve or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals
• •Protect the Company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional business relationships
• •Delivering tires to customers as needed
• •Requires frequent local travel

What We're Looking For:

• •Five (5) or more years of outside sales, business development, or commercial account management experience required
• •Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities
• •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• •Valid Driver's License
• •Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs
