Job Description:

Reports to: Head of Reward, Africa and Middle East

Location: Dubai Airport Free Zone, United Arab Emirates

Position summary:

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is accountable for supporting the development and implementation of the total reward strategy, overseeing employment contracts administration and global mobility operations.

For this role we are specifically looking for a tech-forward, dynamic professional capable of accelerating HR digital transformation, driving AI-powered analytics and automated workflows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supports the administration of annual reward programs including salary reviews, bonus campaigns, cost of labour computation, employees share purchase and success sharing programs.
  • Supports the annual personnel cost budget planning process and liaises with finance to provide data-driven payroll and benefits analytics for operational planning and quarterly forecasting.
  • Leads and actively participates in HR digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the rollout and continuous enhancement of HR technologies, AI-driven solutions and automated workflows.
  • Utilizes modern HR analytics tools to maintain, audit and optimize the accuracy and integrity of the regional employee reward database.
  • Manages regional global mobility operations, including but not limited by expat contract management, payroll administration, specific compensation and benefits topics related to the global mobility.
  • Prepares and evaluates employment contracts and related lifecycle documentation (extensions, terminations, addendums), ensuring high accuracy and compliance.
  • Participates in salary surveys and conducts advanced market benchmark analytics.
  • Develops HR dashboards, regular analytics and ad-hoc reporting to provide insights on workforce trends and benchmarks.
  • Drives other HR and special cross-functional projects as required.

Required education & qualifications:

  • University Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Experience of driving HR digital transformation, AI-powered solutions, advanced HR analytics and automated workflows
  • Advanced user of Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
  • Team player with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels within an organization
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal directions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent literacy in verbal/written communication in English
  • Full-time position with starting date November 2026
