- > Mitgestaltung des Compliance-Management-Systems und Rollout auf die internationalen Standorte
- > Planung und Durchführung interner Audits, sowie die Ableitung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen
- > Begleitung der Fachbereiche bei regulatorischen Anforderungen und der Risk-Registervalidierung
- > Unterstützung bei Anti-Korruption, Geldwäsche und Kartellrecht
- > Organisation von Schulungen, Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien und Dokumentenlenkung
- > Betreuung des Hinweisgebersystems
- > Mitwirkung bei der ESG-Datenerhebung und der Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation
- Dein Profil
- > Abgeschlossenes Wirtschafts- oder Rechtsstudium bzw. eine verwandte Studienrichtung
- > Berufserfahrung in Compliance und Managementsystemen (ISO 37301 oder 9001)
- > Risikomethoden-Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von regulatorischen Anforderungen
- > Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- > Eigeninitiative im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und internationalen Standorten
- > Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen
- > Idealerweise Erfahrung in praktischer Anwendung von KI-Tools (KI- und agentenbasierten Workflows)
- > Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbereitschaft
