Buscamos un profesional con experiencia comprobable en la comercialización de productos agroquímicos , visión estratégica del negocio y orientación a resultados, que contribuya al crecimiento comercial y al desarrollo de soluciones técnicas para nuestros clientes.

Tu misión en este rol

Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales en la zona asignada.

Identificar oportunidades de negocio y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes.

Brindar asesoría técnica especializada para mejorar los procesos productivos.

Gestionar la rentabilidad y cartera comercial de la zona.

Realizar capacitaciones técnicas y acompañamiento en campo.

Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las oportunidades de crecimiento.

¿Qué necesitas para asumir este reto?

Formación en Ingeniería Agronómica, Agropecuaria o carreras afines.

Experiencia específica y comprobable en ventas de agroquímicos en empresas reconocidas del sector.

Conocimiento del mercado agrícola de la región Costa.

Experiencia en negociación, gestión de clientes y desarrollo comercial.

Orientación a resultados, habilidades de comunicación y autonomía.

Disponibilidad para movilizarse dentro de la región Costa.
