Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our Core team, acting as a social-first ideas engine. In this role, you'll transform content catalogs, franchises, and upcoming releases into platform-native content that captures attention, sparks conversations.

You'll bring together creativity, internet culture, storytelling, and a deep understanding of social platforms to create content that feels relevant, engaging, and culturally connected.

Key Responsibilities

Develop social-first ideas: Translate creative briefs and editorial priorities into concepts, formats, scripts, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (including Shorts) across local and LATAM franchise social handles.

Bring internet culture into brand storytelling: Identify and adapt trends, memes, and digital formats through a uniquely Mexican cultural lens, applying the Mexicaneering approach: Meme, Family, Visual, and Language Effect.

Collaborate with creative teams: Brief Visual Artists and Motion Storytellers with clear scripts, creative references, and platform-specific specifications, guiding each piece from concept to final asset.

Drive reactive content: Take turns covering reactive content opportunities (Route B), proactively identifying relevant cultural moments and bringing fresh, timely ideas to the team every week.

Support theatrical campaigns: Contribute creative ideas and content development during major theatrical release moments.
