About the Role

Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a growing AI communications software company. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and create content that helps businesses understand and trust AI-powered communication tools.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market.

Define consistent messaging and brand voice across the customer journey.

Write and manage website and landing page copy.

Create conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels.

Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms.

Plan and deliver organic content strategies across social platforms.

Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.

Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging.

Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.

Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

Native-level German proficiency and outstanding German marketing writing skills, plus fluent English.

Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.

Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and scripting ads for YouTube and paid social.

Experience developing organic social content strategies, with knowledge of SEO best practices.

Ability to contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging and to collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers.

Experience with user research; familiarity with marketing AI products or voice technology is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
