This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Manager – OFCI Procurement (Data Centers) based in Spain.

  • We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the commercial strategy and administration of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment contracts for large-scale data center projects.
  • You will manage high-value, long-lead procurement packages, ensuring that contractual arrangements protect the owner's commercial interests.
  • Working across procurement, legal, finance, and project delivery teams, you will oversee supplier agreements from tender and negotiation through execution and closeout.
  • Your responsibilities will span pricing, payment structures, risk allocation, claims, and contract governance.
  • You will also help ensure that supplier commitments remain aligned with project schedules, budgets, and delivery requirements.
