  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Are proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
  • Enjoy working in an international and collaborative environment.
  • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a meaningful business challenge linked to an active organizational transformation. You will gain hands-on experience in organizational design, workforce planning, AI and automation impact assessment, stakeholder management, and strategic roadmap development.

You will also:

  • Gain exposure to a global business environment and an international Centre of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
  • Receive coaching and support from experienced professionals.
  • Develop practical experience in turning research into measurable business outcomes.
