### Deine Aufgaben

  • Analysieren der Geschäftsentwicklung, Erläuterung der Monatsergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungs-empfehlungen mit Fokus auf NWC, Cash Flow und ROCE
  • Verantwortung für den NWC-/Cash-Flow-Forecast sowie Mitwirkung im Forecast-, Planungs- und Langzeitplanungsprozess
  • Business Partner für die Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Wettbewerbsanalysen im pharmazeutischen Großhandelsumfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Prozesse, auch unter Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung

### Dein Profil

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung in SAP FI/CO (idealerweise SAP BW), Konsolidierungstools (z.B. Cognos) und modernen Planungstools (z. B. Anaplan)
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Reporting, Forecast, Budget und Mittelfristplanung
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie kontinuierlicher Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit entsprechender Argumentationsstärke
