Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Monitoring von Mengen und Deckungsbeiträgen nach Kunden, Produkten, Produktgruppen und Vertriebskanälen sowie Unterstützung bei Preisentscheidungen
  • Überwachung des gesamtheitlichen Portfoliomanagements
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsreports und Vertriebskennzahlen
  • Laufende Analyse des Sales Forecasts und Abgleich mit Ist-Zahlen, Budget und Vorjahr
  • Wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Kundenanfragen, Aktionen, Rabatten und Sonderkonditionen
  • Businesspartner für den Vertrieb
  • Ihr Profil
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium sorgt für das notwendige betriebswirtschaftliche Fundament
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Vertriebscontrolling
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eigenstände, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zahlen und Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Fortgeschrittene Excelkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ERP-, CRM und BI-Systemen
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Controlling-Prozessen
