  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sowie MS Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Was erwarten wir?
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Standortcontrollings mit Fokus auf Kosten, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Monatsabschlüssen, Budgets und Forecasts
  • Durchführung von Abweichungs-, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Szenarioanalysen
  • Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Reports und Kennzahlen für Führungskräfte
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen zur Unterstützung strategischer und operativer Entscheidungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Controlling- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Controlling-Instrumenten

Das erwartet Sie bei uns!

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 5 000,00 vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
