Ihre Aufgaben
Selbstständige Erstellung und Koordination der Monatsabschlüsse
Durchführung von Abschlussbuchungen, Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen
Abstimmung von Bilanz- und GuV-Konten
Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Kennzahlen für das Management
Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungsanalysen
Unterstützung bei Budgetierung, Forecasts und Liquiditätsplanung
Mitarbeit bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen und Controlling
Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW) oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen sowie ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
