  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau und Optimierung der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie Vereinheitlichung der Controlling-Abläufe
  • Ermittlung und Überprüfung von Tarifen und Kalkulationsgrundlagen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Herstellkostenkalkulation
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Nachkalkulationen sowie Analyse von Kostenabweichungen und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Mitarbeit bei Monatsabschlüssen und Controlling-Berichten sowie gegenseitige Vertretung innerhalb des Controlling-Teams
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung und Kalkulation sowie Verständnis für Fertigungsabläufe und betriebliche Kostenstrukturen
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- und Controlling-Anwendungen
  • Analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
