Aufgabengebiet

  • Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsentscheidungen
  • -Überwachung und Optimierung von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • -Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • -Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Koordination und Optimierung interner Kontrollprozesse
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
  • -Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung
  • -Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Tools und -Prozessen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzplanung und im Controlling
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und Excel
  • -Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • -Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 58.500 und 71.500 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Unbefristete Festanstellung
