Wolfers is building an elite in-store sales team inside Portland-area Costco locations.

We're looking for competitive, outgoing people who can walk into a high-traffic environment, start conversations with complete strangers, build relationships quickly, and turn conversations into opportunities.

You do not need HVAC experience.

We will teach you HVAC. We will teach you our SPARK sales process. We will teach you how to identify opportunities and set qualified appointments.

What we cannot teach is energy, competitiveness, grit, and the desire to win.

This is a performance position. Your earning potential increases with your results.

If you want a job where you stand behind a booth and wait for customers to approach you, this isn't it.
