### Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Systemlandschaft sowie Umsetzung der CRM-Roadmap
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen aus den Business-Bereichen
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von CRM-Prozessen, Datenmodellen und Funktionalitäten zur Optimierung des Kundenmanagements
  • Steuerung und Begleitung von CRM-Projekten sowie Transformations- und Implementierungsinitiativen
  • Identifikation neuer CRM-Anwendungsfelder und Potenziale zur Steigerung von Kundenwert, Kundenbindung und Prozesseffizienz

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CRM-, Projekt-, Prozess- oder Anforderungsmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse, Daten und digitale Systeme
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Technologien sowie Interesse an Innovationen und neuen Trends
