Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Take orders for cakes, baked goods, and catering services.
• •Answer phone calls and provide information about bakery and deli products.
• •Assist guests with questions about products, ingredients, and special orders.
• •Prepare and accurately record special orders to meet guest expectations.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• •Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, creating a positive experience.
• •Work with team members to support daily bakery, deli, front-of-house (FOH), and back-of-house (BOH) operations.
• •Maintain a positive, professional, and flexible attitude while promoting teamwork.
• •Communicate respectfully and effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and management.

Requirements

• •Strong communication and customer service skills.
• •Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.
• •Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• •Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• •Knowledge of bakery products and ability to explain ingredients when requested.
• •California Food Handler Card required
• •Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
