• As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. • - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
• - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• - Strong expertise in application design and configuration within Salesforce environments.
• - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• - Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• - Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
• - This position is based at our Chennai office.
