Job Description

Customer Operations Manager, Iberia (Madrid)

Please apply with an English CV

Just imagine improving how customer operations flow from orders through distribution, using smarter processes and new technologies. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Customer Operations Manager, Iberia, you'll lead customer operations across order-to-delivery activities and retail inventory management. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll connect customer service, logistics and demand planning and logistics, while improving the processes that bring them together through organisation, technology, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Lead and develop a Customer Operations team responsible for order-to-delivery activities in an international consumer goods company partnering with in-country retailers (e.g. grocers, dept stores, independent toy specialists).
  • Manage customer operations across distribution, order management, or customer service activities.
  • Implement and optimise processes across distribution, order management, and customer service.
  • Bring in-depth knowledge of SAP and use of generative AI Tools to improve customer operations processes via a curious and learning mindset sharing knowledge across the team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and a strong English business proficiency.
  • An ability to work 3-days per week from our Madrid office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Connect order to delivery operations with demand planning & retail inventory management.
  • Coordinate order-to-delivery activities with key account managers, customer supply stakeholders, and regional logistics teams.

What you'll build

  • Shape an effective Customer Operations setup focused on reliable order-to-delivery execution.
  • Improve processes spanning distribution, order management, and customer service.
  • Bring inventory management and demand planning closer together to support customer operations.
  • Explore practical ways new technologies including AI can make customer operations processes simpler and more effective through a test and learn approach.
  • Work across customer supply, logistics and commercial teams to connect activities around the customer.

If you've worked in a role where you bring customer operations, logistics and inventory activities together, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is turning operational experience into practical improvements while keeping customers and colleagues connected.

Life on the team

You'll join a team where collaboration matters because great customer operations cross functional boundaries. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across key account management, customer supply, regional logistics and other partner teams. You'll bring people together around shared priorities, communicate clearly and create space for different perspectives while taking ownership of your area.

What success looks like

You'll become a trusted operational lead across the order-to-delivery journey, connecting inventory, demand planning, and customer service without losing sight of execution. You'll help the team strengthen its processes while proactively seeking out ways of working using new technologies. Success will come through close coordination with key account managers, customer supply stakeholders and regional logistics teams using strong collaborative skills.
