TASKS:

Customer Demand & Supply Chain

• •Integrate customer orders into the system
• •Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
• •Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
• •Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues
• •Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters
• •Support new projects and ensure packaging availability

Production Planning & Service Level

• •Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning
• •Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally
• •Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities
• •Track service levels and implement improvement actions
• •Maintain optimal inventory levels

Issue Management

• •Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
• •Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers
• •Monitor and follow up on action plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• •Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
• •At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
• •Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
• •Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
• •Strong customer oriented behavior
• •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
