Weltweit arbeiten Tausende von Agenturen und Auszahlungsstellen mit dem Unternehmen zusammen um Bargeldgeldüberweisungen zu günstigen Konditionen abzuwickeln.

Um unseren Kunden weiterhin einen sicheren und schnellen Bargeldtransfer zu gewährleisten, suchen wir dich!

Für unseren Store in Frankfurt am Main sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Kundenberater (m/w/d) mit besonderen Sprachkenntnissen in Englisch und Spanisch. Primär bist du Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden bei der Durchführung und Abwicklung von Geldtransfers.

Deine Aufgaben

Durchführung von Geldtransfers und Geldwechsel
Kassenein- und -auszahlungen
Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
Mitwirkung an Promotionaktionen und Kundenakquise
Storeeröffnung und -schließung

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Idealerweise Schalter- oder Kassenerfahrung, alternativ 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich
Stressresistent, dienstleistungsorientiert, kundenorientiert, teamfähig
Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse sowie eine weitere Fremdsprache
PC- Grundkenntnisse (MS Office)
