Customer Service (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie verfügen bereits über Erfahrung in der Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie im Umgang mit telefonischer Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erarbeitung der jeweiligen Kundenanfragen
  • Weiterleitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Korrektur und Nachbesserung der erfassten Daten
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Kundenkorrespondenz
